Bloomfield, Iowa

Drove through here last summer.  Had to stop and look around, it was like going back to the 1890’s. The “downtown” is arranged around the town square with the county court-house in the center.  Kind of reminded me of the town in the movie The Music Man.  That story takes place in fictional “River City” Iowa so I guess that’s not too much of a stretch.
