This is the reason I got interested in Photography.
I loved planes before photography and wanted pictures of them.
My dad gave me his 35mm Petri Range Finder camera with a couple of auxiliary lenses and a hand-held light meter when I was in 7th grade.
So, the journey began.
B17’s (the picture at the top of the page) have always been a favorite, ever since I climbed around on and in the one at the Air Force Museum in Dayton, where I grew up when I was about 12 years old. (You could do that back then, it was just an old plane and nobody really cared.)
